APSC to support APS to develop its capability through a professions model for core delivery, regulatory and policy roles, enabling functions and specialist areas.CompleteThe APS Academy was established in July 2021 to foster an APS-wide culture of learning that builds core public sector capabilities and drives high performance. The APSC has established Digital, Data and HR Professions.
APSC to develop a whole-of-service learning and development strategy and undertake quality assurance to ensure programs deliver value and meets objectives.CompleteThe Learning and Development Strategy has been developed by the APSC and was published in July 2021. Implementation is underway, including embedding the Learning Quality Framework, which is a model for assessing, building and distributing learning initiatives; and design of the next Learning and Development survey, which will measure the effectiveness of learning across the system.
