The Government has funded a whole-of-government platform for eligible users to request access to Australian Government data, manage data sharing agreements and apply for accreditation under the Data Availability and Transparency Act 2022

The Office of the National Data Commissioner is currently working with more than 20 APS agencies to help them discover their data by developing data inventories using a standard methodology. The ONDC has a team of data experts, metadata standards and guidance material to assist APS agencies develop data inventories.
