The APS Reform Office sits within the Australian Public Service Commission. Our role is to manage the implementation of the Australian Public Service (APS) reform agenda and evolve and support new ideas, best practice and innovation across the APS.
Working in partnership with the people, businesses and institutions that use our services and interact with us is fundamental to APS Reform.
We partner with:
- People and communities across Australia.
- Our staff and agencies across federal, state and local governments.
- Businesses, industry and the not-for-profit sector.
- Non-government institutions, academia and unions.
Different parts of the APS are responsible for implementing specific initiatives and projects. The APS Reform Office and Secretary for Public Sector Reform work closely with Secretaries Board, Australian Public Service Commission (APSC), Department of Finance and other agencies to deliver APS reform.
